Experience Details:

Discover limited and sought-after wines at William Chris Vineyards with our Reserve Tasting, a seated experience hosted in our Oak Room overlooking the beauty of Hye Estate. The glass walls let natural light create the perfect setting for you to explore a curated selection of rare library vintages and small-production wines not typically available in our standard tastings.

Guided by one of our knowledgeable ambassadors, you’ll enjoy five reserve pours that showcase the depth, character, and age-worthy potential of Texas-grown wine. Each sip is an opportunity to learn more about our “grown, not made” philosophy and to experience firsthand how time, place, and craft come together in every bottle.

If your group is larger than 6 guests, please contact our reservations team directly so we can accommodate your visit: 830.998.7654

Reasons You’ll Love This Experience:

Location Note

This tasting starts in the comfort of our newest tasting space, the Oak Room, where you can see our beautiful Oak Tree Grove through big glass walls and look out to our active vineyard.

Experience Note

Your senses will come alive with vintage wines that can’t be found anywhere else. The Reserve Tasting takes you on a cozy, seated adventure where every glass tells a story of the love and hard work we put into our vineyard.

Make Time for The Farmhouse

Before or after your experience, we invite you to visit The Farmhouse at Hye Estate, our on-property general store and gathering place. Browse William Chris merchandise, discover goods from local Texas makers, purchase bottles to take home, or pick up your online wine orders.

Open Wednesday–Sunday, the Farmhouse Bistro also offers seasonal sandwiches and bites prepared by our culinary team. Perfect for fueling your visit in the Hill Country.
