Experience Details:
We are so excited you chose to visit William Chris Vineyards for your large group! This reservation includes one bottle of wine from our tasting room menu for every two guests, a picnic pack for every guest, and a reserved table on the Pavilion for 2-hours. This is not an experience led by a Wine Ambassador. Rather this reservation provides the space, food, and wine to encourage good times and shared community!
Available 7 days a week during business hours. Pick a date you would like and check the time slots available. This reservation must be made 24 hours in advance of your visit. We look forward to hosting you!

Pet Policy
Out of consideration for all of our guests, dog lovers as well as those who are not, we require your four-legged friends to remain outside and on a leash. No pets are allowed inside the tasting room without service animal designation/certification. We also kindly request you follow these guidelines when bringing pets to the vineyard:
- Dogs are to remain on a leash at all times.
- Please help us keep this property beautiful, clean up after your dog. Bags and receptacles are provided.
- Pet owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior - please remain attentive.
- Dogs MUST be up to date on all shots.
- Be mindful of your neighbors, and be courteous.
- Dogs who display any type of aggression are not allowed.

Cancellations
We understand that unexpected conflicts arise. We kindly ask that if possible, you provide us with 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled reservation so that we may accommodate other guests. Call us at 830.998.7654 or email reservations@williamchriswines.com to cancel.

What to Expect
We offer live music on the weekends and snack plates to satisfy your appetite. We even provide cold water, fans, blankets, and outdoor heaters to keep you comfortable if you choose to take a seat outdoors no matter the season.
Note: All large group tastings are scheduled outdoors under the covered pavilion.
