Grape Punch 2024

You are invited to be a Texas Winemaker for a day at our Annual Grape Punch! Join us for this fun, hands-on experience.

William Chris Vineyards' Grape Punch

 

What does "punch down" mean, you ask? This is the term winemakers use for breaking up the cap that's created by grape skins and solids forming over actively fermenting wine. You'll get your hands dirty and will get to say that you helped us produce the 2024 vintage!

 

Our Winemaking Team will lead you through the punch-down process and will explain why it is so important to make wine. We have multiple dates and times available (listed below), so choose your preferred slot and join us.

 

Every ticket includes a Grape Punch t-shirt and a preview barrel tasting of our upcoming wines!

  • Cancellations

    · Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
    · Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
    · No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

  • Pet Policy

    Pets will not be allowed in the production facility during the Grape Punch sessions. Out of consideration for all of our guests, dog lovers as well as those who are not, we require your four-legged friends to remain outside and on a leash.
