A Toast to Harvest

There’s no better way to honor this year’s harvest than by sharing a table with friends, neighbors, and the wines it made possible. Join us in Hye for our annual Harvest Dinner—an evening that celebrates the bounty of this year’s vintage with a thoughtfully curated five-course plated menu and hand-selected Texas wines.

Our culinary team has crafted a menu that highlights the flavors of the season and the richness of the Texas Hill Country:

  • Amuse: Sweet Corn & Jalapeño Shooter

  • First Course: Texas Dolmas

  • Second Course: Autumn Salad with Hill Country Peaches

  • Entrée: Wagyu-X Tenderloin Medallions

  • Dessert: Scratch-Made Bread Pudding

Each dish will be paired with William Chris wines chosen to complement and elevate the evening’s flavors.

This is one of our favorite gatherings of the year—just 50 guests will share in this special celebration of the harvest. Secure your seat at the table and raise a glass with us to the 2025 vintage.

FAQ

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
