Our Members have always been the heart of William Chris Vineyards. This July, we invite you to gather with us for an evening dedicated to the people who have helped us share the story of Texas wine.

Join fellow members for a Texas BBQ buffet celebration featuring William Chris wines and live music from Timberwild throughout the evening. With harvest tables dressed in wildflowers, glasses poured among friends, and the sounds of Texas music filling the air, this is the kind of gathering we love most.

Spend the evening as you choose: pull up a chair for conversation, grab another bite, raise a glass with someone new, or step onto the dance floor as the music carries on into the night.

This is our way of saying thank you. Thank you for your support, your passion for Texas wine, and for being part of the William Chris family.

FAQ

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
