We’re Coming to You, Houston!

For one evening, we’re bringing the spirit of Hye Estate to Houston. The Hye Society community stretches far beyond the vineyard, so from time to time, we like to pack up a few bottles, hit the road, and bring William Chris to you!

On June 5th, we’re gathering in Houston for an evening built around the things that matter most to us: good wine, good food, and good people.

The Setting

We’ll be hosted at The Motorclub. A space shaped by craftsmanship and intention, where vintage cars line the walls, and every detail feels considered. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down, look around, and stay a little longer than you planned.

The Evening

This won’t feel like a formal sit-down or a structured tasting. It’s meant to unfold naturally. You’ll have a glass in hand, a plate of food worth going back for, music in the background, and plenty of time to catch up with fellow members and our team.

Expect a range of William Chris wines to be poured throughout the night, each chosen to fit the moment.

Dinner Done Right

We’ve partnered with Phoenicia Specialty Foods to bring a menu that’s full of flavor:

  • Your choice of beef, lamb, or chicken kabobs
  • Fragrant rice pilaf
  • Seasonal vegetable medley
  • Petit baklava to finish

It’s the kind of flavors that pair easily with a glass of Texas wine.

Music & Atmosphere

As the evening settles in, DJ Julius the Profit will take over, bringing a mix of throwback favorites and feel-good classics that might just pull you toward the dance floor. Plan to wear your dancing shoes!

Club Members receive up to two tickets at $75 each. General Audience tickets are $90. 

Your ticket includes a Mediterranean plate, four pours of wine (additional wine available for purchase), and access to a private gathering crafted with our members in mind. We don’t get to do this as often as we like, so let’s make it a celebration worth remembering!

FAQ

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
