Kick off summer at our annual Hog & Goat Roast!

Join us at the estate for one of our favorite gatherings of the year, the Annual Hog & Goat Roast and release celebration for our newest white and rosé wines.

We’ll be firing up the pit, pouring the first tastes of our June Club Release, and filling the property with all the things that make Hill Country summers worth slowing down for: chilled wine, smoky barbecue, lawn games, shaded tables, and good company.

Your ticket includes four tastings featuring this year’s release wines alongside a plate of roasted meats, complete with tortillas, beans, rice, and all the fixings.

This year’s featured wines include:

  • 2025 Sauvignon Blanc — Dell Valley Vineyard
  • 2025 Picpoul Blanc — Alta Loma Vineyard
  • 2025 Cinsault Rosé — La Pradera Vineyard
  • 2025 Chenin Blanc — Dell Valley Vineyard

These wines were made for summer tables: bright, mineral-driven, refreshing, and full of character, shaped by Texas vineyards.

FAQ

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
