Our June Release always stands out alone as it’s the only Club Release of the year dedicated entirely to white and rosé wines. A collection that marks the shift into summer at William Chris Vineyards.
This year’s lineup highlights four distinctly Texas expressions shaped by elevation, limestone, sandy soils, and the long growing season that defines our state. Together, they offer freshness, texture, and vibrant acidity balanced by the depth and character we look for in every wine we produce.
From the mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc of Dell Valley Vineyard to the bright Picpoul Blanc of Alta Loma and delicate Cinsault Rosé from La Pradera, these are wines that capture the energy of the season while remaining unmistakably rooted in Texas terroir.
A textured and mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc from far West Texas with notes of oyster shell, white flowers, citrus, and pastry dough. Rich in character while remaining bright and precise.
Fresh and delicate with notes of frozen berries, lilac, and subtle minerality. A rosé with both vibrancy and texture, built with a thoughtful and restrained hand.
Lifted aromas of white peach, honeysuckle, and freesia lead into a focused palate that feels airy, chalky, and quietly complex. A versatile summer white with remarkable freshness.
The perfect wine to sip and savor, with or without food, and from day into evening. Versatile enough to love on a day where a refreshing wine is desired, but that will stand up to the most scrutinizing palate. Softly layered, mineral, and silky in texture.
Known as the “lip-stinger,” Picpoul Blanc thrives in Texas heat, delivering electric acidity alongside delicate aromatics of white blossom, lemon peel, melon, and chalky minerality.
A funnel of aromas that strike a woodsy tone immediately, but not from oak barrel aging. Smells of elderberry, jasmine, juniper, evergreen, thistle, and white cherry. Vibrant acidity matched by hugging fruitiness on the palate.
