Each summer, our White & Rosé Dinner marks the arrival of the June Release with an evening centered on thoughtful food, expressive wines, and gathering around the table together.
This year, we’re honored to welcome Chef Nicole McDuffie to Hye Estate for a multi-course seafood dinner designed to pair with the fresh acidity, texture, and vibrancy of our newest white and rosé wines.
With more than three decades in hospitality and culinary work, from Houston kitchens to Magnolia’s culinary projects and her own plated dinner experiences, Nicole’s approach is rooted in intentional hospitality and creating meals that bring people together. Her menus are known for balancing refinement with warmth, crafting experiences that feel both elevated and deeply welcoming.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a coursed seafood menu paired with selections from our June White & Rosé Release. Additional menu details will be announced soon.
