Tasting Notes
A medium-intensity ruby pink wine with notes of wild raspberry, strawberry hard candy, rhubarb, bramble, rose water, desert sage, brown sugar, ginseng, green tobacco, and fennel seed. A spicy and refreshing rosé packed with layers of flavor and a great finish.
Winemaking
Fermented in 100% stainless steel. Aged for 5 months in 100% stainless steel.
Food Pairing
Salmon with cherry glaze, turkey club, foie gras, and fontina or freshly made mozzarella.
