Join us for The Dell Valley Experience, an elevated guided tasting that explores the artistry of food and wine through a curated selection of wines from Dell Valley Vineyard.
Perched at 3,750 feet in the Chihuahuan Desert of far West Texas, Dell Valley is one of the most distinctive vineyard sites we farm. In this guided session, we will taste through its wines side by side and talk through what elevation, old vines, and desert conditions bring to the glass.
Each pour is paired with a thoughtfully crafted small bite from our in-house culinary team, chosen to draw out the character of the wine.
This ticket does include General Admission to the Release Party. Seating is limited for this instructional tasting. We look forward to sharing Dell Valley with you.
IMPORTANT: This Tasting is only available to Hye Society Club Members. To access tickets, make sure you are logged in to your Club Account.
Release Party Things to Know:
You are more than welcome to come anytime from 11:30 AM – 4 PM to enjoy the party! Please, no outside food or drink. You must have the correct ticket for the correct date. We encourage you to bring extra seating for the lawn if you would like to stay a while!

Pet Policy
Out of consideration for all of our guests, dog lovers as well as those who are not, we require your four-legged friends to remain outside and on a leash. No pets are allowed inside the tasting room without service animal designation/certification. We also kindly request you follow these guidelines when bringing pets to the vineyard:
- Dogs are to remain on a leash at all times.
- Please help us keep this property beautiful, and clean up after your dog. Bags and receptacles are provided.
- Pet owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior – please remain attentive.
- Dogs MUST be up to date on all shots.
- Be mindful of your neighbors, and be courteous.
- Dogs who display any type of aggression are not allowed.
Cancellations
We understand that unexpected conflicts arise. We kindly ask that if possible, you provide us with 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled reservation so that we may accommodate other guests. Call us at 830.998.7654 or email reservations@williamchriswines.com to cancel.
