From barrel to brilliance, here we are celebrating the highly touted 2023 Enchanté, recently honored with 97 points by Decanter. One of the highest scores ever awarded to a Texas wine.
This special seated experience will take guests on Enchanté’s Road to 97, exploring five wines that shaped its journey. It includes two varietal inspirations—Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot—and three vintages of Enchanté, culminating in the acclaimed 2023 release.
Each pour will be expertly paired with artisan cheeses selected and presented by Alex Palomo, Certified Cheese Professional and founder of Fromage For You. Alex will share insights into the craft of pairing cheese and wine while one of our William Chris’ winemakers guides you through the evolution of this flagship blend and its story in Texas terroir, winemaking persistence, and William Chris history.
This Elevated Experience includes general admission to our November Release Party, where Club Members can enjoy their full lineup of release wines, live music, and seasonal bites. Tickets are $40 per person—space is limited for this exclusive tasting.
Release Party Things to Know:
You are more than welcome to come anytime from 12 – 4 PM to enjoy the party! Please, no outside food or drink. You must have the correct ticket for the correct date. We encourage you to bring extra seating for the lawn if you would like to stay a while!

Pet Policy
Out of consideration for all of our guests, dog lovers as well as those who are not, we require your four-legged friends to remain outside and on a leash. No pets are allowed inside the tasting room without service animal designation/certification. We also kindly request you follow these guidelines when bringing pets to the vineyard:
- Dogs are to remain on a leash at all times.
- Please help us keep this property beautiful, and clean up after your dog. Bags and receptacles are provided.
- Pet owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior – please remain attentive.
- Dogs MUST be up to date on all shots.
- Be mindful of your neighbors, and be courteous.
- Dogs who display any type of aggression are not allowed.
Cancellations
Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Gluten-Free & Vegetarian options are available upon request. Please leave your request when booking your experience. Allergy modifications to the menu need to be communicated directly to the property one day in advance.
