We’re raising a glass to Texas Wine Month in true style, and you’re invited to join us. On Friday, October 3rd at 6:30 PM, William Chris Vineyards is partnering with the storied Hotel Emma in San Antonio for a night of bold wines, inspired pairings, and Texas-sized hospitality. The evening begins with a lively social hour, complete with passed bites and pours, before we sit down together for a three-course dinner crafted to shine alongside William Chris wines. Founders Bill Blackmon and Chris Brundrett will be there to share the stories behind the pours, the harvest, and what makes this year’s vintage worth celebrating.

This is our first year bringing the Texas Wine Month Dinner to Hotel Emma. As the only Michelin Two Key Hotel in San Antonio and Texas’s only AAA Five Diamond hotel, it promises to be a night to remember. Tickets are $185 per person, and with special room rates available, you can linger a little longer and turn dinner into a getaway. Seats are limited, so secure your spot at the table today.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Dietary Allergen Disclaimer

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
