Set against the backdrop of the vineyard, our Holiday Dinner is an invitation to slow down, raise a glass, and share a meal with friends old and new.
This year’s menu will be crafted and prepared by Chef Deepa Shridhar, an acclaimed Austin chef known for her creative approach to global flavors and her sought-after Wine Wednesday supper club. With each course, she’ll bring her signature storytelling and culinary artistry to the table, creating a one-of-a-kind holiday feast paired with William Chris wines.
The evening will include a multi-course dinner, with one course served family-style, capturing the spirit of a true holiday gathering. We will not be able to accommodate allergies or dietary preferences.

Course 2: TX Pecan Gulf Boudin Banana Leaf Steamed Idlis with Pecan, Coconut Secca Chutney, and Pondicherry Bouillabaisse
Course 3: Windy Hill Rack of Pecan and Wild Mesquite Lamb with Winter Citrus Preserves, Mac N Cheese, and Winter Greens
Course 4: Peeler Farms Beef Wellington with Horseradish Peppercorn Sauce, Parsley, Curry Leaf Gremolata, and Potato Gratin
Dessert: Burnt Jaggery, Coffee Cheese Cake, and a Christmas Cookie Array
