This is your chance to experience where it all begins.

On Saturday, August 8, we’re inviting you behind the scenes for Grape Punch, one of our favorite traditions of the harvest season.

Sessions:
10:00am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, 4:30pm
*Limited to 40 people per session including kids​

You’ll work alongside our production team as they perform a real punch down during fermentation—helping submerge the grape skins back into the juice as this year’s vintage begins to take shape.

Along the way, you’ll learn why this process matters, hear stories from harvest, and get a closer look at what goes into every bottle of William Chris wine.

Every guest also receives an exclusive Grape Punch t-shirt that becomes naturally stained by the grapes—a one-of-a-kind reminder that you were part of this year’s harvest.

After your session, grab lunch from the Bistro, enjoy live music, and spend the afternoon celebrating another Texas harvest with us.

FAQ

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
