2022 La Pradera Vineyard Blend

Varieties: 68% Mourvèdre, 20% Cinsaut, 12% Carignan

Fermented separately in large oak fermenters for about 12 days. Aged in 10% new French and 5% new Hungarian oak barrels and 85% neutral barrels for 17 months. Blended 3 months prior to bottling. 

ABV: 14.3% | pH: 3.77 | TA: 6.55 g/L | RS: 0.96 g/L 

Serve at 55-59°F

Spicy dishes and alpine cheeses - Massaman curry, Gruyére, and mushroom or escargot in butter.
