This past year brought a moment we’ll forever cherish. William Chris Vineyards was named among the World’s 50 Best Vineyards, the only Texas winery ever to receive the honor. A recognition rooted in place, people, and belief, and it belongs as much to our members as it does to our team. We invite you, our Hye Society Members, to join us for an evening celebrating you and the community that made this milestone possible.

Your ticket includes a welcome glass of wine, access to abundant grazing tables, and a dessert station accompanied by live music by Timber Wilde, which will set the tone for the evening. Other surprises are in store for this festive night designed for celebration, great wine, good music, and the shared pride of being part of something truly special. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in Hye!

FAQ

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
