The Vineyard

Planted in 1987, the Sauvignon Blanc vines at Dell Valley Vineyard are deeply rooted in sandy, caliche soils, tended by Phillipe Gore, who began growing grapes on the French island of Corsica. Soil: sandy loam over caliche.
