Tasting Notes
A bouquet of violets and dried herbs from Mourvèdre, with Sangiovese's cherry finish and easy-drinking style, come together in this refreshing and vibrant Texas rosé.
Winemaking
100% fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The Vineyard
The 2019 vintage experienced cooler weather in the late spring and early summer, allowing the grapes to rest and retain acidity. Smaller yields with great concentration.
