Tasting Notes

Bright aromatics with crisp red berries and rounded with minerality and herbs straight from the garden. The wine is playful and food-friendly. Medium-bodied, with balanced tannins. The palate leads into some black and blue fruit - a pleasant surprise to behold!

Winemaking

All fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged in separate lots for 19 months in 100% neutral oak barrels.

Food Pairing

Made for bbq, starch dishes with cream or cheese such as a loaded baked potato, and semi-firm cheeses.
