Tasting Notes
Buoyant aromas of strawberries and roses. The perfume is as intense as the color of this rose, and the palate comes to match that power. Medium-bodied and nicely mineral in flavor to help keep the wine completely dry and food friendly. The fruitiness is well balanced in. Lengthy.

The Vineyard
AVA: Texas High Plains
Owned by Barbara Paddack and Andy and Lauren Timmons, who also own the 18 acres of Timmons Estate Vineyard in the same County. The over 100 acres of vines at La Pradera are planted on a special soil combination: calcareous, organic, Amarillo sandy loam soil over limestone. Both sites are dedicated to grapes that can grow sustainably in the semi-arid conditions of the Texas High Plains.
