Tasting Notes
The perfect wine to sip and savor, with or without food, and from day into evening. Versatile enough to love on a day where a refreshing wine is desired, but that will stand up to the most scrutinizing palate. Softly layered, mineral, and silky in texture.

The Vineyard
AVA: Texas Hill Country
The Texas Hill Country is the largest of the eight American Viticultural Areas of Texas, spanning 9 million acres. With diverse soil types and bedrock, including granite in the Llano Uplift, and varying elevations, the potential for this region is magnificent, provided the varieties planted are resilient against the Hill Country's signature warmth and humidity.
