Fermented in stainless steel tank. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tank.

With diverse soil types and bedrock, including granite in the Llano Uplift, and varying elevations, the potential for this region is magnificent, provided the varieties planted are resilient against the Hill Country's signature warmth and humidity.
