The Vineyard
Dell Valley Vineyard, Farmhouse Vineyards, Darst Ranch VineyardThis wine sources grapes from three corners of the state of Texas, from one of the furthest West to the East and from the Texas High Plains. The high elevation out West is prime for coaxing balance out of the majority of white grape varieties of Texas, while Darst Ranch Vineyard in Austin County far East is planted solely to Blanc du Bois, which can withstand the humid and warm conditions there. Together, they all represent all of Texas.
