Tasting Notes
A burst of lime and strawberry jolly rancher hit your nose before watermelon agua fresca and melon rind puff up. Upon enticing you into a sip, the wine is refreshingly dry, medium-bodied, with a weighty texture and lingering rosewater and cherry pop finish.
Winemaking
Fermented 34 days in stainless steel, aged in stainless steel 6 months.
Food Pairing
Dill, crème fraîche, and smoked salmon en croûte.
