Tasting Notes
Crisp and dry in nature with the classic aromatic intensity, floral and herbaceous tones, and light body of the Blanc du Bois grape.
Winemaking
Fermented in separate lots for 20 days in neutral oak barrels, then aged for 10 months further in neutral oak barrels. Machine and hand-harvested 07/10/2021.

Perfect Pairing: Chilled snapper and pineapple ceviche with cilantro and jicama.

Fleming Farms Vineyards and Darst Ranch Vineyards, Austin County, Texas. 96% of the grapes come from Austin County in the Coastal Plains of Texas, with 4% from John Dale Vineyards in neighboring Washington County.
