Tasting Notes

Light in the glass with delicate aromas of lilac and citrus. This textured and tangy melange of nectarines, grapefruit, and strawberry melds with the satisfying spice of Cinsault.

Winemaking

Direct press was used on all fruit and fermented individually, then blended after fermentation. Fermented in 100% stainless steel and aged for 6 months in stainless steel.

Food Pairing

An incredibly versatile wine that can take you from light to dark meats, and from the picnic to the dinner table. Antipasta, shrimp, sausage and pâtés.
