Winemaking
Méthode Ancestrale. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. All saignée off of primary fermentation before blending and bottling. Undisgorged.

From the low mountains of the Texas Hill Country to the elevated, flat sandy land that is the Texas High Plains, the grapes in this state must be prepared to lend themselves to what the unique land calls for.
Lost Draw, La Pradera and Vintage Press Vineyards, Texas High Plains AVA. Loyal Valley, Hye Estate and Frio Canyon Vineyards, Texas Hill Country. Age of Vines: 5-15 years. Soil Type: Varied sandy loam, clayey loam, with some limestone. Elevation: Average 900 to 3,400 ft.
