Tasting Notes
Exotic, dark, stony and edgy, with black cherry, rose, smoke, sesame seed and citrus peel. The palate is decadent and smooth, with a full body. Ripe and exotic, with restrained tannin.
Winemaking
Fermented for 11 days in stainless steel tank. Aged for 22 months in new French oak barrels.
