Tasting Notes
Cinnamon-spiced cherry, red and black plum make way to thyme, cedar, coffee, and fresh florals. The palate balances with a tart raspberry and mineral. Full-bodied.
Winemaking
Fermented separately in large format oak fermenter. Aged separately in a combination of 20% new French and E. European oak barriques for 20 months.

The Texas Hill Country is the largest designated grape-growing region in Texas, spanning 9 million acres. It is home to some of the oldest soils and subsoils in the United States.
