Winemaking
Fermented for 2 weeks in large oak foudre.
Aged on the lees for 8 months in neutral oak foudre, before aging further in 50% new French oak barriques for 10 months.
Food Pairing
Battered chicken wings with blue cheese dipping sauce or dark and coffee and chocolate pot de crème. Or both!

Moonlight Vineyards was established in Brownfield in 2014 by George and Peggy Seely. who are dedicated to growing grapes sustainably in the semi-arid Texas High Plains. This raised flat plain grows over half of the grapes in Texas due to ideal grape-growing conditions such as well-drained sandy loam soil and high altitudes of 3,000 - 5,000 feet.
