Winemaking
Fermented in stainless steel.

The Vineyard
AVA: Texas Hill Country
Hye Estate was planted in 2012 on seven of the 20 acres of William Chris Vineyards in the city of Hye. Previously home to a family with a generous turkey population, the land is now a uniquely nitrogen-rich, clay dried river basin over limestone bedrock. Hye Estate has been dedicated since established to the grapes that are successful in the southwest of France.
