Serve at 59°F - Decant

Slow-cooked Peking duck will allow the complexity of this wine to unfold and the texture to shine.

AVA: Bell Mountain

Granite Hill Vineyards was the first vineyard that William "Bill" Blackmon planted in what is currently known as the Texas Hill Country AVA. The sub-AVA of Bell Mountain was the first all-Texas American Viticultural Area, and in 1996 "Bill" Blackmon planted his 30 acres to just four grape varieties on teh sloped granitic soils.
