The Vineyard
Timmons Estate Vineyard, a pocket vineyard located west of Lubbock near Whiteface, Texas, is the third vineyard of Andy Timmons from which we receive fruit (Lost Draw and La Pradera being the others). Perched at an elevation of 3,600 feet in the High Plains, this vineyard experiences cooler temperatures at night and a little more rainfall creating a tiny microclimate all its own which gives unique characteristics to the fruit. The soil is Amarillo fine sandy loam with a high content of organic matter.
