2017 Hunter Magnum

Varieties: 74% Merlot and 36% Malbec

The individual lots of wine were vinified separately with about 40% fermented in our second- and third-use oak fermenters. They were then blended together and aged for 22 months in 30% new French oak barrels.

Alcholol: 14.4% | pH: 3.73 | TA: 6.6 g/L | RS: 0.0 g/L 

Highly flavored foods, either charred or smoked, especially with caramelization!
