Tasting Notes
Smooth hints of cinnamon and mocha lead to a long vanilla finish. The alcohol is balanced with a touch less residual sugar than a traditional ruby port wine.
Winemaking
Produced in an old world fashion with no sulfites used in production. Fermentation was arrested naturally halfway through with the addition of brandy. Aged 15 months in 50% first-year French oak and 50% third-year American oak.
