A Unique Baking Experience with Wine & Charcuterie

Dive into the delightful world of sourdough with expert baker Judy Strickler for just $60 per person. This curated class in the Oak Room with Judy Strickler includes a glass of wine, charcuterie, a loaf to bake at home, and a special Barrel Tasting. 

Judy will bring 6-8 different kinds of sourdough bread to show the different kinds you can make. She will provide a Stainless Steel Danish Dough Whisk and a Straight Edge Bowl Scraper. The class includes one complimentary glass of wine, a mixing bowl, flour, and charcuterie provided. This class will also provide a Mother Sourdough starter, a loaf to bake at home and all the knowledge to continue the sourdough journey. A portion of the proceeds from this class go towards the Purehope Foundation to help Human Trafficking Victims.

    · Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
    · Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
    · No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.
