Harvest is when months of hard work in the vineyard begin their transformation into another vintage of Texas wine. It’s a season filled with long days, longer nights, and the excitement of seeing a year’s worth of care come to life.

Gather with us at William Chris Vineyards for our annual Harvest Dinner as we celebrate the 2026 harvest alongside the people who make it all possible.

As the sun sets over the Texas Hill Country, you’ll enjoy a multi-course dinner thoughtfully paired with William Chris wines. Between courses, hear stories from our team about this year’s harvest, the vineyards, and what we’re seeing in the cellar as another vintage begins.

Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued.

Please be advised of the following policies regarding dietary allergens for our upcoming dinner events:

Plated Dinners: Shellfish and nut allergies will be accommodated.

Family Style and Seafood Dinners: Due to the nature of these meals, we are unable to accommodate any dietary allergies.

Notification Requirement: All allergies must be submitted no later than seven days prior to the event. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after this deadline.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
