Cook-Off Team Entry
Two-person teams (limited to 12 teams total)
Chef teams must arrive at 10:00 AM for set-up.
Must make a black-eyed pea recipe with enough to provide 350 - 1 oz—samples to attendees.
Chefs are responsible for their equipment (please bring an extension cord).
WCV is responsible for coolers, tasting cups, serving utensils, napkins, etc.
Dishes must be prepared at home before check-in.
Please read the RULES AND GUIDELINES. Upon arrival, teams must sign the guidelines to show they have followed all requirements.
