Cancellation Policy
· Full Refund – Anytime 10 days before the event.
· Partial Credit Issued – If a request to cancel occurs between 72 hours and 10 days in advance of the event, we will not refund but can issue a 50% credit to the member/guest account to go towards a future purchase. The additional 50% is retained for administrative and/or food expenses.
· No Refund – 72 hours in advance. No credit for purchase will be issued. -

Please be advised that, due to the unique nature of our upcoming Dinner at the Alamo event, substitution options will be limited. As this exquisite dining experience is being meticulously catered and prepared at a remote location, our ability to accommodate specific dietary requirements, allergies, or preferences is restricted.
