From silky Roasted Pumpkin Soup with toasted pepitas to hearty Wild Game Ragu over sautéed gnocchi, each course is crafted to highlight the wines that are perfectly paired alongside each bite. In 2008, William Chris Vineyards was born in Hye, Texas. Utilizing Old-World winemaking techniques, Chris and Bill sought to create a genuine expression of Texas’ distinctive grape-growing regions. Our approach is founded on the idea that great wines are not made, but grown. Each new vintage seeks to provide a level of quality wine that represents the very best of Texas terroir.
