William Chris Vineyards is the flagship of a family of Texas wine brands, all built by the same team of Texas winemakers. Each one carries its own personality — but you’ll find our fingerprints on every label.
Retail & Wholesale Wines
These wines are made by our team and poured well beyond our tasting room. Look for them at your favorite bottle shop, grocery store, or restaurant.
Skeleton Key
Named for a key found in the old farmhouse at Hye, Skeleton Key is our most widely available label. Red Blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc, built for everyday drinking. Look for it at H-E-B and other retailers.
Sway
Texas wine in a can, and one of the first. Blanc, rosé, and rouge in cans for the lake and the tailgate, and kegs for taprooms and restaurants. Also labeled Yes We Can.
Grower Project
Single vineyard wines named for the growers who farm them. Albariño from Veesart, Carbonic Petite Sirah from La Pradera, and whatever else the year makes sense of. Low intervention, and mostly poured in Texas restaurants.
Wine for the People
Founded in Austin in 2010 by winemaker Rae Wilson, Wine for the People is now a wholesale label of William Chris. Its Dandy rosé and the La Valentía wine club both live at wineforthepeople.com.
