The Vineyard
Vineyards: Hunter Vineyard, Paka Family Vineyard, Kerr Vineyard, Gilliam Gap Vineyards, Lost Draw VineyardsAVA: Texas High PlainsHunter Vineyard was originally planted to Cabernet Sauvignon in 1986; ten years later, Merlot was added, and two years later, Merlot completely replaced the Cabernet Sauvignon vines. Alongside these grapes from 20+-year-old vines are more Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Sauvignon from the surrounding vineyards and solid of Terry and Hockley Country.
