There is cedar, clove, and cinnamon along with the fresh mint, and blackberry bramble on the nose. Vibrant on the palate bringing tart raspberry, black cherry, and apple skins. The mint and bramble resonate through the long dry finish,

10% of the Syrah was on extended maceration for 60 days.
