2010 Cabernet Franc

This spicy wine leads to have a bit more oak than most William Chris portfolio. Rich with cherry, vanilla and coconut on the nose with pleasant cinnamon and licorice layers. On the palate this wine becomes a bit spicy leading to layers of mocha, blueberry and anise. We recommend opening this bottle and allowing the wine to breathe for 30-45 minutes before serving.

50% French oak, 50% American oak, 18 months.
