Tasting Notes
Low-intensity salmon with strawberry, peach candy, lime, citrus blossom, orange blossom and cocoa powder on the nose. Peach, bosc pear, and orange blossom candy on the palate.
Winemaking
The grapes macerated for 1.5 hours on skins before direct press. Fermented in 100% stainless steel for 35 days, then aged 4 months in stainless steel.
Food Pairing
Tuna Niçoise, chilled snow crab salad, white pizza, Texas chèvre.
