Tasting Notes
Amongst the plum and dried apricot notes are clove, clay, stone, and dried rose. The luxurious palate is rounded by fine tannin structure and good acidity. Medium-bodied.
Winemaking
The Moonlight and Alta Loma fruit fermented separately in stainless steel while the other lots fermented in oak foudres. All lots were barrel aged separately for 12 months in 33% new French oak and 77% neutral French oak barrels.
